Vital Cross Country 2023

Dear All,

We have the pleasure to inform you that we are organising our Annual Vital Cross-Country League on the following days and venues from 08.00hrs to noon:

1. Saturday 25^th February    –         Candos Wellness Park 
2. Saturday 4^th March          –         St Felix Public Beach                           
3. Saturday 11^th March        –         Belle Mare Public Beach                      
4. Saturday 18^th March        –         Mon Choisy Public Beach          
5. Saturday 25^th March       –         Flic en Flac   Public Beach          

A copy of the 5 course plans are attached. 

You have also the participation form for both Men & Women in all categories.

You are kindly requested to enter your athletes by EMAIL  and send it back to this office at least 5 days before each event.
