Giandev Moteea, “It is with the greatest pride that the Côte d’Or National Sports has been awarded the “Class 1 Athletics Facility Certificate” by the World Athletics as this will allow us to homologate possible world records during the upcoming African Senior Athletics Championships.”
Accommodation: We are striving our best to meet the demand in terms of accommodation, in order to cater for all guests during the championships…
Accreditation: Accreditation of local participants is well underway… As for foreign participants, athletes, delegates, and journalists, they will be completed during the month of May.
Sponsors: There is a total of about 20 local companies that will be the official partners of the organizing committee…
Protocol: We are currently finalizing the opening and closing ceremony…
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Côte-d’Or stadium has received the Class 1 Athletics Facility Certificate by the World Athletics.
PR and communication: The communication campaign will be brought to the next level in the run-up to the championships…
The Commissions: The president acknowledges the great amount of work in process by the different head and members of commissions including medical, covid-19, security, anti-doping, transport, technicals, finance accommodation, secretariat, protocols, Press & communication, accreditation, infrastructures, marketing/sponsors and technology…
